Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee engineering execution, feature pipelines, delivery timelines, client communication, and cross-functional team coordination. This role will act as the bridge between clients, founders, engineering, design, product, and operations teams to ensure that projects move smoothly from requirement to deployment. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI products, automation workflows, and client implementations.
• Convert client and business requirements into clear tasks, timelines, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, designers, QA, and operations teams.
• Track feature pipelines, product updates, bug fixes, deployments, and delivery milestones.
• Run internal check-ins, sprint reviews, status updates, and project planning meetings.
• Communicate with clients on requirements, progress, timelines, risks, and feedback.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and delivery reports.
• Identify blockers early and ensure timely resolution across teams.
• Build structured processes for client onboarding, implementation, testing, and support. Requirements
• B.Tech degree is required.
• 1–4 years of experience in project management, product operations, SaaS delivery, tech implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand software/product workflows.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Slack, or Google Workspace.
• Client-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, automation, CRM, BPO tech, or enterprise software is a plus.
