Junior Project Manager

About Us

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2?3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of projects across the organization. Working closely with our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.


• Coordinate project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.


• Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.


• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose proactive solutions.


• Support team meetings by documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.


• Assist in resource management, including task assignments and monitoring workloads.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.


• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing best practices and supporting process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.


• 2?3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).


• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.


• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and perform well under pressure.


• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
