Junior Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager to help plan, track, and deliver projects on time. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, use Asana to keep work visible and moving, and use AI tools to make project delivery faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from kickoff to close
• Build and maintain project plans, tasks, timelines, and dependencies in Asana
• Track progress, flag risks and blockers early, and keep stakeholders updated
• Run team check-ins, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
• Use AI tools to draft updates, summarize meetings, and automate routine tasks
• Coordinate resources, deadlines, and priorities across teams
• Improve project processes, Asana workflows, and AI-assisted ways of working

Requirements

• Total experience should be around 10 years +
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or project management along with people management.
• 3 years + Hands-on experience with Asana (projects, tasks, timelines, boards, rules, dashboards)
• Basic experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Asana AI) for writing, summarizing, or workflow automation
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organization and time management
• Clear written and verbal communication and Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlinesRole & responsibilities
