Junior Project Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to coordinate piping detail design projects, ensuring smooth flow of engineering inputs, deliverables, client comments, and project communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering inputs and outputs across piping and other disciplines.
• Track project deliverables, schedules, comments, and pending actions.
• Coordinate with clients for technical queries, comments, submissions, and clarifications.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and project status reports.
• Review and coordinate 3D plant models using Navisworks Manage.
• Perform and coordinate clash detection, identify clashes, and follow up for resolution.
• Coordinate piping deliverables such as GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, layouts, and support drawings.
• Identify missing inputs, interface issues, and potential delays and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Support project teams in maintaining proper document and revision control.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of piping detail design and plant engineering.
• Good working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and Clash Detective.
• Ability to read P&IDs, piping layouts, GA drawings, and isometrics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, ACC.
• Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal engineering teams.

Preferred

• 13 years of experience in piping detail design / EPC projects.
• Experience with oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, or process plant projects.
• Exposure to 3D plant design software such as Revit 3D, or Plant 3D is an advantage.
