Junior Project Coordinator - Birla Estate

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Junior Project Coordinator from an Engineering/ Architectural background to drive end-to-end coordination of large-scale real estate projects PAN India.. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence across design, planning, contracts, operations, and regulatory approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project coordination (design, planning, execution)
• Drive design coordination with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate contract-related activities including vendor alignment and compliance
• Ensure smooth project operations through effective cross-functional coordination
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Manage and track statutory approvals and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Identify risks and ensure proactive resolution across project stages
• Present periodic updates and reports to senior management
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, site teams, and leadership

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination within real estate / construction
• Background in Civil Engineering
