Junior Production Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shop-floor and manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
• Allocate work and monitor manpower productivity, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping practices.
• Monitor material utilisation and minimise wastage and production rejections.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

Maintain daily production reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering etc
Experience: 3-5 years in any manufacturing industry in Production.

Location: Ponneri, Chennai.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
