Jr.Engineer - Production Assembly-SEC/Key set Pre requisites 1 Candidiates should not belong to TOYOTA group company 2 Preferably, candidates working in Japan based company to hire [ Kindly exclude TOYOTA group ] [ Since Assembly activities requires basic qualitties of Japanese manufacturing concepts & working] Qualification TTT (Toyota technical training)/Diploma Mechanical + 2~3 Years experience Responsibility Skill in New projects handling Man allocation in the group Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Communication between associate and Team leader Project related parts to despatch as per target date to customers and TRJ Communication between shifts in the group Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Understand the health condition of associates in the group Supplier handling Maintain & Ensure the shopfloor rules are followed in the group Developing packing specification Instruct the safety rules to associates in the group Good interpersonal skill & Should know MS Office & AutoCAD Confirm the daily inspection of machines in the group Able to work under pressure Confirm the quality of First/Last parts in the group Skill in New projects handling Change point management n the group Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Defect updation in the inprocess defect chart Project related parts to despatch as per target date to customers and TRJ Support abnormal handler in the group Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Set the kanban in the planning post Supplier handling Check the progress of production kanban Developing packing specification verification of Team efficiency/ Inline productivity Good interpersonal skill & Should know MS Office & AutoCAD Confirmation of standardized work Able to work under pressure Record the Attendance Experience in Schedule preparation and explanation to top management Overtime management Project related parts to despatch as per target date to customers and TRJ Consumable stock management Basic knowledge of LVPT/ HVPT/ MPT Ensure 2S condition in the group Skills Required: 1 Good in Microsoft applications. 2 Should require to maintain good interpersonal skills. 3 Assembly line job knowledge Note: Should be informed to the candidate the below points before he comes for interview. 1 Should have the knowledge of MS office 2 Should have experience of 2 years 3 Should be prepared to work in shifts
