About the Role

We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join Flam's product team. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable digital experiences.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design end-to-end product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system.
• Understand user problems and translate them into simple, intuitive solutions.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
• Stay updated with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, consumer products, or AI-powered products is a plus.
