JUNIOR PROCESS ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the assigned task
• Complete the assigned task as per the standard operating procedure and respond to customer as required
• Achieve service level benchmark, productivity and quality
• Willingness to learn the Intellectual property domain
• Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication
• Abide by the Organizations information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems
• Working closely with Leads to plan effectively and deliver
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts including Night shift

• Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc
• Experience: Fresher
