Junior Presales Intern

Role Description The Junior Presales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the presales team by analyzing client requirements, preparing basic proposals, and assisting in the creation of presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with sales and consulting teams, gathering and organizing customer information, documenting client interactions, and helping respond to standard customer inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align proposed solutions with client needs, maintaining accurate records of presales activities, and learning about the company's digital marketing and advertising services to effectively support business development.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, understand data, and support solution recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present information clearly, interact with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to assist in understanding client challenges, shaping basic solution outlines, and supporting proposal creation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries professionally, maintain positive client relationships, and support client satisfaction.
• Ability to learn quickly about digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising solutions; familiarity with Amazon marketplace or online selling is an advantage.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or tracking tools) and attention to detail in documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to tasks and willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; internships or academic projects in sales or marketing are a plus.
