Junior Performance Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Monitor budgets, leads, and campaign performance; optimise for better results.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
• Create ad creatives and copy using Canva and AI tools.
• Analyse lead quality and coordinate with Sales/Call Centre teams.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with agencies and vendors.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree preferred. However, demonstrable hands-on performance marketing experience and technical capability will be prioritised over a specific degree.
