About this role
We're looking for a junior editor with sharp creative instincts, solid technical skills, and a portfolio that shows both. You should be comfortable taking a clear brief, making thoughtful editing decisions, and delivering polished work.

What you'll do- Turn raw footage into engaging Reels, Shorts, ads, and brand videos.
- Build strong hooks, tight edits, and visual stories that hold attention.
- Create clean motion graphics, animated typography, and purposeful transitions.
- Handle sound design, music selection, captions, and basic colour correction.
- Own your edits from the first cut through feedback and final delivery.
- Manage deadlines and keep project files organised.
- Your way around Premiere Pro and After Effects, or an equivalent workflow.
- How pacing, music, and sound design shape an edit.
- Motion fundamentals: keyframes, easing, masking, and composition.
- How to use typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy effectively.
- How to export clean, platform-ready videos in the right formats.
Someone who pays attention, asks useful questions, brings ideas, and checks their work before sending it. You should be able to work independently from a clear brief and apply feedback without needing every step mapped out.
Freshers and early-career applicants are welcome. A strong portfolio is essential; personal projects count.
Apply on LinkedInApply through LinkedIn with your résumé and a portfolio featuring 3–5 of your best videos. Tell us what you handled on each project—editing, motion graphics, sound, or the full piece.
