Junior Merchandiser

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Garment Development professional to manage the end-to-end development of garments from buyer briefs and tech packs. You will make sure every sample meets brand standards for fit, fabric and finish, and keep brands and internal teams aligned through clear presentations, documentation and timely communication.

Role & responsibilities

• Interpret design concepts, buyer briefs and tech sheets and turn them into physical garments
• Select suitable yarns, trims and accessories for each style
• Oversee sample development and make sure samples meet quality, fit and timeline requirements
• Create presentations aligned with brand mood boards
• Maintain complete documentation for all samples and conversions
• Update and maintain sample inventory on the MES system, with daily updates
• Take accurate meeting notes and conduct brand meetings effectively
• Give timely feedback to brands and the merchandising team
