Junior Mechanical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Support mechanical works for new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, chillers, plumbing, and fire fighting.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and utilities.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Support commissioning, handover, and project implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documentation, BOQs, and project status updates.
• Monitor energy efficiency initiatives and equipment performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, facility management, MEP, construction, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records may also be considered.
