Based in Coimbatore, the company is a leading producer and exporter of precision machined components and sub-assemblies for sectors such as defense, aerospace, space technology, healthcare, heavy engineering, energy, oil and gas, railways, and wind energy. The organization specializes in CNC precision machining and fabrication using a wide range of materials, including titanium alloys, Inconel, nickel alloys, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, duplex and super duplex steels, and other advanced alloys. The company is actively involved in upcoming projects related to missile systems, aerospace, defense, nuclear programs, and marine applications.
Role Description This full-time Junior Marketing role is an on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Junior Marketing team member will support the development and execution of marketing activities to promote precision machined components and engineering solutions across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with the sales team on lead generation and follow-ups, and maintaining customer and prospect databases. The role involves supporting customer communication, participating in customer visits or calls with senior team members, collecting feedback, and helping prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Junior Marketing professional will also contribute to basic digital and offline marketing initiatives, support trade show or event preparations, and collaborate with technical teams to understand products and translate them into clear marketing messages.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and support planning of promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination between marketing and sales functions.
• Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of digital and offline marketing tools, including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social media.
• Candidates should have good analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; interest in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors will be an advantage.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly, work collaboratively in a team environment, and manage tasks within timelines is essential.
