Junior Marketing Communications Executive (Bangalore, 1 3 years)

Location: MG Road, Mittal Tower, Bengaluru — On-site

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Experience: 1–3 years (this is a hands-on, junior-level role — not a managerial or senior position)

It is not a senior or team-lead position. Strong English communication and a current Bangalore base are required.

Merago is a personal health management company delivering hybrid care across clinics, pharmacy, vision care, health plans, and cashless payments. Through merago.ai we're building the AI-powered operating layer for hospitals and clinics, and our broader ecosystem includes SmartClinic telehealth kiosks, MeragoPayments, AlertU, Fitcoins, and Lens&Shades. We're looking for a creative, proactive, digitally-savvy marketing executive to help build and grow the Merago brand across digital and offline channels.

What you'll do

Social media & content

• Manage and grow Merago's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other channels
• Build and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and business priorities
• Create posts, reels, stories, carousels, blogs, newsletters, and short-form videos
• Track engagement and performance, and recommend improvements
• Keep brand voice, messaging, and visual identity consistent everywhere

Campaigns & communications

• Support digital campaigns across social, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community initiatives
• Help develop campaign concepts, messaging, and promotional material across verticals
• Support lead-gen, awareness, and engagement campaigns across the ecosystem

Creative & brand

• Design collateral — flyers, posters, banners, standees, brochures, presentations, digital creatives — mainly in Canva
• Keep branding consistent across all online and offline touchpoints
• Work with internal teams to turn ideas into compelling visuals and copy

Website & digital

• Maintain and update company websites on Wix CMS — content, landing pages, updates
• Support basic SEO and website optimization
• Help with e-commerce listings and digital catalog updates where needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Good eye for design, aesthetics, and detail
• Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with major social platforms and publishing tools
• Proficiency in Canva or similar
• Currently a resident of Bangalore

Good to have

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro
• Basic video editing for social
• Copywriting experience
• SEO fundamentals
• Wix CMS or other website builders
