CTC Range: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA + Fixed Bonus

Role Summary & Purpose
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Digital Executive to support daily B2B marketing operations, digital channel management, customer inquiry screening, and baseline quotation drafting. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales execution, web content management, and corporate branding.
Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & LinkedIn Management: Draft and post weekly engaging updates on company LinkedIn page, write product highlights, case studies, and corporate news to build digital presence.
• Website Content & Collateral Maintenance: Update company website with new product photos, datasheets, and technical specs. Design promotional flyers and spec sheets using Canva/Adobe.
• Inquiry Handling & Quotation Support: Screen incoming buyer inquiries from email, website, and B2B portals (IndiaMART/TradeIndia). Draft initial standard quotations under senior guidance.
• Direct Lead Prospecting & Outreach: Assist senior management by researching potential client databases, identifying decision-maker contact details, and sending routine introductory emails.
• Database Management & Updating: Maintain accurate customer contact records, track active quotation statuses, and assist in preparing weekly sales pipeline reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce, Communications, or Marketing (B.Tech graduates with strong marketing interest also eligible).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media execution, or sales support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, LinkedIn, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail when drafting numeric quotations and product specification sheets.
• Good written English skills and eagerness to learn technical product details.
