About the Role

Engine is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives for Engine and its client companies.

This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, branding, and marketing for client businesses, with opportunities to work across e-commerce and education brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing activities for assigned client companies and Engine.
• Schedule and publish social media content, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals, and campaign updates.
• Support the execution of digital campaigns, webinars, and marketing events.
• Track campaign performance and maintain marketing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Eligibility

• 6 months–1 year of relevant marketing experience, with hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce and/or education brands preferred.
• Degree/course completion in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace/MS Office.
• Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.

Duration & Compensation

Employment Type: Internship / Full-Time
