Junior Manager Procurement and Contracts

We are seeking a Junior Manager – Procurement & Contracts to lead end-to-end procurement and pre-contract management activities for Airport Land Development projects. The role involves managing competitive bidding, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, procurement governance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EOI/RFI/RFQ/RFP and tendering processes for Civil, MEP, IT, Finishes, Consultancy, O&M, and other project packages.
• Prepare techno-commercial evaluations, price comparisons, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, Finance, Legal, HR, and SAP teams for seamless procurement execution.
• Draft and finalize contracts, purchase orders, and work orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, GST, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
• Develop and manage vendor networks, conduct vendor evaluations, and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, strategic procurement, and process improvement programs.

Eligibility:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in procurement and contract management for construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Experience handling procurement of Civil, MEP, Finishes, IT, Landscaping, Lighting, and Technical Consultancy packages.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
