Junior Manager Finance & Account

Location: Wework Symbiosys, Bangalore (Hybrid)

We're looking for Assistant Manager in Finance and Accounts to manage company's accounting, tax compliance, and financial operations across multiple FnB business verticles. You'll handle full-cycle accounting from reconciliations, GST/TDS filing, e-invoicing to PnL management across the group.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Reconciliation & Cash Flow: Reconcile bank statements/transactions, and internal accounts.
• Tax Compliance: File GST returns, TDS reconciliation, and quarterly/annual compliance filings with help of our of Consulting CA firms.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate e-invoices/e-way bills whenever required and inter-company billing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end/year-end closings and support management accounts
• Record Keeping: Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance trails across all entities

Required Qualifications

• CA intermediate or ongoing CA studies
• Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated accounting

Good to Have

• Maximum 3 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience (ideally with multiple business units)
• Good GST and TDS understanding - practical filing experience
• Proficient with e-invoicing platforms and accounting software (Tally)
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in reconciliation and data entry
• Self-directed: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
