JUNIOR MANAGEMENT-POST LAUNCH

• Develop and execute the pre-launch operational plan , timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Logistics, and Customer Support.
• Establish and document SOPs, workflows, policies, and operational processes .
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, procurement, equipment, infrastructure, and required services.
• Ensure manpower requirements, recruitment, training, and shift planning are completed before launch.
• Track inventory, materials, assets, and other launch requirements.
• Conduct operational readiness checks and identify gaps before launch.
• Coordinate testing of systems, processes, technology, and customer/service workflows.
• Maintain launch trackers, action items, escalation logs, and status reports.
• Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Conduct mock runs/dry runs and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure all statutory, compliance, safety, and documentation requirements are in place.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve pre-launch issues within agreed timelines.
• Prepare the Day-1 launch plan and ensure smooth transition from pre-launch to live operations.
• Monitor initial launch performance and support the team during the stabilization period.
