Junior Maintenance Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

• Support troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems and daily meter readings.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, reports and ISO records.
• Support spare-parts inventory and maintenance store activities.
• Assist in shutdown maintenance and plant/facility maintenance.
• Identify equipment problems and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support Kaizen and maintenance improvement activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and ISO requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant plant maintenance experience.
• Good knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes,

compressors and conveyors.

• Hands-on experience in PM and breakdown maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of utilities, maintenance documentation and spare management.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Local candidates from Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Jhagadia, and nearby areas

preferred.(Gujrati)

• Candidate should be comfortable working at the Jhagadia plant/shift operations.
