Job Location: Mumbai (Remote - Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates only)
Job Description:
Design and develop engaging courses, presentations, storyboards, and eLearning content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging learning experiences.
Manage, upload, and maintain courses, webinars, and masterclasses on the LMS.
Coordinate with the media team for video-based learning content.
Apply instructional design principles and learning best practices to ensure high-quality content.
Continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and learner requirements.
Desired Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning content development.
Strong knowledge of instructional models, learning theories, and eLearning tools.
Hands-on experience with LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with SMEs and internal teams.
