Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate employee data.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees, including onboarding processes.
  
• Prepare salaries accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with ESIC and EPF regulations.
  
• Perform generalistic HR tasks like handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing support to employees.
  
• Assist in recruitment activities such as shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers can apply).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory
  
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including payroll processing, salary preparation, and statutory compliances like ESIC & EPF.
• Male candidates preferred.
