Junior Human Resources Executive - Payroll

To support accurate and timely payroll processing and manage day-to-day attendance, leave and HRMS activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions and other payroll inputs.
• Monitor attendance and leave on HRMS/KEKA and ensure timely regularization and approvals.
• Maintain employee master data and payroll records on HRMS.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, overtime and deductions.
• Assist with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other payroll compliance activities.
• Coordinate with the compliance team and HRMS support team for payroll-related matters.
• Support other HR Operations activities as required.

Skills & Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Knowledge of HRMS; KEKA experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and Pivot Tables.
• Basic knowledge of payroll statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
