Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with recruitment and other core duties
• Source the candidates from Job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Screen candidate resumes
• Communicate with candidates and set up interviews
• Manage the resume database in the Portal
• Research job position information
• Review candidates and prepare a list of the best candidates for the role
• Employee Engagement

Skills

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field
• Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
