About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong interest in recruitment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Office/Excel.
Education
- UG Any Degree.
- PG MBA in HR / Marketing.
