Junior HR Recruiter & Admin

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and handling day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

• Source and screen candidates through placement consultancies, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Enrol new placement consultancies as per company policy.
• Sourcing profiles and maintaining a candidate pipeline for the PAN India recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
• Handle basic HR documentation.
• Manage office administrative activities and maintain records.
• Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related requirements.
• Oversee and verify daily reporting of field employees.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
