About this role
Qualification: B.Com / BE or Btech & MBA (Mandatory)
Experience: 2-5 years
Notice Period: 1 month / Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and lateral positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
4. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
8. Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
9. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
10. Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
11. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Other Competencies:
1. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
2. Understanding of the employee lifecycle.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge on Zoho People Recruit / Zoho people is an added advantage.
