About the Role

We're looking for a passionate HR professional who believes in building great teams and creating a positive employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to drive hiring, partner with business leaders, and contribute to a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles related to Ed-Tech within the TAT.
• Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews and close candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Support bulk hiring drives and meet recruitment targets.

People Operations (30%)

• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management.
• Assist with HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, ATS, MS Office, HR Tools and basic labor laws.
• A proactive, adaptable and people-centric mindset.
