About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain employee and labour records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage daily attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower reports.
- Support recruitment, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with project/site teams.
- Prepare and maintain employee ID cards and other HR documents.
- Assist in payroll inputs, salary-related data, and attendance verification.
- Manage office/site administrative activities.
- Maintain records of accommodation, transportation, housekeeping, security, and other facilities.
- Coordinate canteen, drinking water, sanitation, and employee welfare facilities.
- Maintain stationery and office consumables.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements when required.
Preferred candidate profile
1) Candidates with experience in construction / Infrastructure experience will be preferred.
