Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and visa processing activities in the UAE.

Candidates with 02 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations who are willing to relocate to the UAE immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining employee and candidate documentation.
• Support UAE visa processing, employment visa documentation, and related HR formalities.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding passport, visa, medical, Emirates ID, and other required documents.
• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for recruitment and visa-related requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment and onboarding status updates to the HR team.
• Ensure HR documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Basic understanding of UAE employment visa processing and HR documentation is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Candidates willing to relocate to the UAE on an immediate basis will be preferred.
