Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role involves supporting the design team in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in developing logos, brand identities, and typography systems, and will adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats. Daily tasks include collaborating with content and marketing teams, iterating on feedback, preparing files for production, and maintaining consistency across all visual communications. The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, staying current with design trends, and helping ensure all creative deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and ability to create visually compelling graphics.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding to support development of brand identities.
- Understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating design projects, including digital assets and branding work.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept constructive feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
