Junior Graphic Designer

Job Title- Graphic designer Experience- 2-5 years Shift- UK Minimum 2-5 years’ proven experience in graphic design, with a strong background in producing high-quality booklets, brochures, and leaflet materials. Previous experience within the POS (Point of Sale) industry, particularly in artwork production and retail display execution, is highly desirable. Highly proficient in creating professional PDF and PowerPoint presentations to communicate POS concepts, design intent, and visual solutions effectively. Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level capability in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines and fast-paced environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating the full creative process from concept development through to final execution, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload independently. Experience working within brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas and innovative concepts. Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Understanding of retail environments and shopper marketing principles would be advantageous.
