Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual content for social media campaigns, marketing materials, and brand assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics tailored to various platforms, assisting with logo and brand development, selecting typography, and adapting existing designs to maintain brand consistency. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to interpret briefs, brainstorm creative concepts, and ensure deliverables align with client goals and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring close coordination with team members and active participation in the creative process.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities for clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print media.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- A design portfolio demonstrating relevant work for social media or marketing campaigns will be considered a strong advantage.
