Role Description: The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visual assets for branding and re-branding projects, including logos, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and presentation materials. Daily tasks include supporting brand identity development, preparing design variations, refining layouts, and ensuring visual consistency across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with senior designers and strategists, following brand guidelines, incorporating feedback, and maintaining organized design files. The Junior Graphic Designer will also help adapt designs for web, mobile, and social formats and contribute fresh ideas that align with client goals and project briefs. Note: This is a hybrid, 3 Month Internship role for a Junior Graphic Designer at Modernmonke. Upon quality work delivery. It will be converted to a full-time role after 3 months. Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Logo Design and Branding, including work on visual identities or re-branding projects.
- Good understanding of Typography, with attention to hierarchy, legibility, and cohesive type pairing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing design projects relevant to branding, digital assets, or visual systems (student or freelance work welcomed).
- Ability to follow creative direction, accept feedback constructively, and iterate quickly while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
