Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral for digital and print media.
• Create social media posts, banners, emailers, brochures, presentations, and other branding materials.
• Support senior designers in campaign execution and creative projects.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs.
• Edit images, illustrations, and layouts as required.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on both digital and print media projects.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or professional design work.

Preferred

• Experience in social media creatives, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
