About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial data, reports, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Assist in account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor and track expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Mandatory: 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong basic accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems or accounting software.
• Exposure to financial reporting and data analysis.
