Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer (Trainee) to join our Service Team.

This is a great opportunity for a young, motivated and hands-on person, with no prior

experience, willing to learn and grow in a highly specialized and niche technical sector.

The role involves extensive local and international travel (80–90%) to customer sites,

where the candidate will be trained to support installation, commissioning, maintenance

and troubleshooting of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior Field Service Engineers during:

o Installation and commissioning activities

o Preventive and corrective maintenance

o Troubleshooting and basic diagnostics

• Perform on-site interventions at customer locations after training

• Assist in testing and functional checks of equipment

• Compile service reports and technical documentation

• Communicate with customers in a professional manner

• Continuously learn technical skills related to products and applications

• Respect safety procedures and company standards

Required Profile

Education

• Technical diploma or degree (Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial or similar)

• Recent graduates or entry-level profiles are welcome

Experience

• No previous field experience required

• Any internship, technical exposure or hands-on hobby is a plus

• Strong motivation and willingness to learn

• Smart, proactive and problem-solving mindset

• High flexibility and adaptability

• Able to work independently after training

• Good communication skills

Availability

• Very high willingness to travel (80–90%), both nationally and internationally

• Comfortable working on customer sites and adapting to different environments

Languages

• English: good level (spoken and written)

• Additional languages are a plus
