Junior Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

•Develop repeat prints, motifs, placement prints & colourways for lingerie and nightwear.
• Research and analyse fashion, lingerie, print & colour trends.
• Create seasonal mood boards, trend boards & print directions.
• Adapt artwork based on garment construction, scale, placement & production requirements.
• Support bra, panty & lingerie collection development.
• Coordinate lab dips & print strike-offs, including colour matching and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors for artwork execution, sampling & corrections.
• Maintain print libraries, artwork files, colour references & development trackers.
• Support the Senior Designer in new product development & design execution.
• Ensure designs are trend-relevant, commercially viable & production-friendly.

Requirements

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Mandatory
Strong understanding of fashion, prints, colours & trends
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with vendors and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple designs and timelines
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
