Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new designs by studying fashion trends, researching customer preferences, and remaining updated on current styles.
  
• Create sketches using illustration tools such as Illustrator or other relevant software.
  
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and patterns for design concepts.
  
• Oversee production processes to ensure quality control and timely delivery of products.
  
• Collaborate with merchandising team to plan pricing strategies.
