Junior Facade Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of faade systems, including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, louvers, skylights, and other envelope elements.
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform engineering calculations and structural analysis related to faade design and performance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.
• Participate in material selection, testing, and performance evaluation of faade systems.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks during fabrication and installation stages.
• Stay updated on the latest faade technologies, sustainability practices, and industry codes/standards.
• Knowledge of faade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, stone, and composites.
• 1- years of experience in faade design, building envelope, or structural glazing systems.
• Knowledge of faade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, stone, and composites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, or other BIM/3D tools is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of structural mechanics, thermal performance, acoustics, and waterproofing in faade systems.
