About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Continuously track all vehicles in transit.
- Closely monitor vehicles carrying selected containers that are required to undergo scanning.
- Verify whether the designated containers have been reported at the scanning facility.
- Follow up and continuously track the vehicles until the scanning process is completed.
- Continue monitoring the vehicles until they safely reach the CFS.
- Maintain proper tracking and status updates for all such movements to ensure timely scanning and delivery to the CFS.
- If any vehicle moves outside the defined geo-fencing area, the GPS system should immediately generate an alert and send an Email/SMS notification to the concerned person as per the given below details and they will take action immediately.
