Junior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor daily order inflow and release orders as per business requirements and production priorities.
• Coordinate with the central team for order receipt, clarification, and timely processing.
• Cross-verify order details received through emails against RAMS system records.
• Identify and resolve order quantity mismatches, missing orders, and duplicate entries.
• Create, verify, and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for diamond jewellery designs.
• Validate metal karat, gross weight, diamond specifications, and component quantities.
• Coordinate with PPC, CAD, and production teams to resolve order-related discrepancies.
• Track order status, pending orders, and production priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely system updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of all order-related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Management, or Jewellery Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
