Job Title: Team Member Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all alerts/volumes process activities are processed within the defined TAT with reliable output in terms of accuracy and productions as per set expectations
• Process understanding including ability to understand current process flow, learn SOP and interaction with all members to learn fraud experience from others.
• Able to quickly grasp process steps from the trainings and apply it in production. Also, must be decisive in actions.
• Recording daily transactions on trackers
• Work as a team player in ensuring that the team target is met for the day
• Take on additional responsibilities delegated by the Supervisor
• Ability to call banks to validate checks from US bank.

Academic Qualifications & Experience

• B.com Graduate
• Freshers

Systems Skills & Experience

• Good typing and keyboard skills.
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities. This is a mandate requirement because bank frauds lack SOP and are all about change in world.
• Basic knowledge of Banking, banking functions, bank checks and fraud management
• Examining checks or reviewing profiles of the customers to identify red flags or suspicious activity on account
• Monitoring the fraud trends
• Basic knowledge of email writing, MS word and MS excel

Key Competencies

• Excellent Communication (both verbal & written), competent to validate checks from US banks via calls
• Pursuing no other full time Education
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
• Able to do research required to identify fraud
• Adaptive with changes in volumes and updates
• Must be able to work under high pressure in a high-variability work environment
• Flexible to work in night shifts
• Comfortable working from office, no option to WFH
