Junior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Pilot plant scaleup: Assist in scaling up processes from lab to pilot plant, ensuring reproducibility and efficiency.
• Production support: Provide handson support in production activities, including batch execution and monitoring.
• Process monitoring: Track process parameters, record observations, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Analytical support: Work with QC/ADL teams to support analytical requirements during scaleup and production.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Safety compliance: Follow EHS guidelines and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Crossfunctional collaboration: Coordinate with R&D scientists, production teams, and QC for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
• 13 years of pharma industry experience in pilot plant scaleup and production
• Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP practices, and regulatory compliance
• Handson exposure to wet lab techniques, process equipment, and documentation
