Junior Executive - Plant Procurement

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Executive to join our Plant Procurement team in Kadiyam / Kolkata Market. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Manage the procurement process from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
• Analyze data and reports to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training is an asset.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with excellent problem-solving skills.
