Junior Executive - Performance Marketing - Marketplace

We are looking for a Junior Executive - Performance Marketing - Marketplace with experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce to drive sales and revenue across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, as well as Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Manage budgets and optimize ROAS, ACoS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor tracking, and market analysis.
• Improve marketplace listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ Content.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Create monthly/quarterly marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Track competition, share of voice, and brand searches.
• Support pricing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Present data-driven strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of E-commerce/B2C/D2C experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and/or Blinkit, Zepto.
• Knowledge of Amazon Pi and Helium 10 is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, listing management, and reporting.
• Good understanding of marketplace and performance marketing metrics.

Preferred:

• Experience in a D2C brand, digital agency, or start-up environment.
• Exposure to Marketplace SEO and organic growth.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.
