Junior Executive - Performance Marketing D2C

We are looking for a Junior Executive - Performance Marketing D2C to manage and optimize paid campaigns for partner and in-house D2C/eCommerce brands and support lead generation for Amplicomm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
• Support budget planning, marketing plans, and performance reporting.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support conversion optimization, remarketing, A/B testing, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign and website optimization.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of eCommerce/D2C business models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of campaign optimization, data analysis, reporting, and conversion funnels.
• Experience with a D2C brand, eCommerce company, agency, or startup is preferred.

Good to Have:

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / Digital Marketing certification.
• Knowledge of remarketing, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
