Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Jr. Executive – IT to support the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, networking, and end-user support. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing timely technical assistance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and end-user support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and maintenance.
• Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and data backups.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and in a team.
